Description of TourTheSchool.com’s products and services
TourTheSchool.com (“TTS”) is a web-based software platform that provides TTS’s clients (“Schools” or “School”) with a ready-to-use booking page, so prospective customers of the Schools can register for a tour of the School, for dates and times determined by the School. As part of TTS’s services to its clients, TTS sends tour registrants: (1) an email confirmation with details of their tour; (2) email reminders of their tour one day before and the day of the tour; (3) text message reminders of their tour one day before and the day of the tour, if the registrant provided a mobile number during the tour registration process. TTS provides Schools with an administrative back-end, where the Schools are able to create/edit/delete tours, view tour attendees, and customize other aspects of their public TTS booking page.
TTS platform terms of use
Schools may only utilize the TTS platform for school locations the School actively controls, manages, operates, or is contracted to control, manage, or operate.

SMS terms and conditions
As part of TTS’s services to its clients, TTS will send text message reminders to tour registrants who provide a mobile number during tour registration at the following times: (1) upon tour registration, (2) one day before the scheduled tour, and (3) the day of the scheduled tour. Text messages from TTS will be sent from the following phone number(s): (+1) 415-523-9513. Standard messaging rates may apply. Recipients of TTS tour reminder text messages can reply “STOP” to cease further text messages from TTS. Recipients of TTS tour text message reminders can reply “HELP” for additional support. For help regarding TTS text message reminders, recipients can email howard@tourtheschool.com.
Phone numbers provided by tour registrants to TTS will not be sold or used for marketing by TTS. Phone numbers provided by tour registrants will be shared only with the School for which the tour registrant has registered for a tour. It is a violation of TTS’s terms and conditions for Schools to sell or share a tour registrant’s mobile number or other information without first obtaining the registrant’s prior written consent.
